TED TALKS
Just what is Critical Race Theory anyway (besides the favorite target of anti-Woke agitators)? Why is intersectionality critical to fighting oppression? How is hair political? These are just a few of the topics and questions covered in the TED Talks provided below, a list which is also a mere sample of what is available. Significantly, these talks reveal the insidious nature of racial oppression, from the obvious issue of racial violence and systemic exclusion, to biological/ medical slippages and deadly misconceptions, to seemingly personal encounters. Below are just a few illustrations on how the fight against anti-Blackness must occur across the entire social range: from large, political and systemic levels to the assumptions and privileges individuals take for granted.
